We refer to the announcement dated 20 November 2020 in relation to the Private Placement.
On behalf of Unisem, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad (“CIMB”) wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has in its letter dated 25 November 2020 approved the listing of and quotation for up to 72,708,500 Placement Shares to be issued pursuant to the Private Placement, subject to the following conditions:
(i) Unisem and CIMB must fully comply with the relevant provisions under the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities pertaining to the implementation of the Private Placement;
(ii) Unisem and CIMB to inform Bursa Securities upon the completion of the Private Placement; and
(iii) Unisem to furnish Bursa Securities with a written confirmation of its compliance with the terms and conditions of Bursa Securities’ approval once the Private Placement is completed.
