Unless otherwise defined, the definitions set out in the previous announcements in relation to the Bonus Issue shall apply herein.
On behalf of the Board, M&A Securities wishes to announce that based on the entitlement date of 20 October 2020 for the Bonus Issue (“Entitlement Date”), 554,850,234 Bonus Shares have been issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue.
The abovementioned Bonus Shares (save for treasury shares) will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 21 October 2020, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date.
