The Board of Directors of YTL Power International Berhad (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Twenty-Fourth Annual General Meeting of the Company for:
(i) the proposed renewal of share buy-back authority; (ii) the proposed renewal of shareholder mandate for RRPT (collectively, the "Proposals").
