The Board of Directors of Nylex (Malaysia) Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that the Company has requested for a suspension of trading of its securities from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on 15 July 2020. The request for suspension is made under Paragraph 3.1(a) (iii) of Practice Note 2 of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, pending a material announcement in relation to a corporate exercise to be undertaken by the Company.
