The Board of Directors of Media Prima Berhad wishes to announce the resignation of YBhg Datuk Nohd Nasir bin Ahmad as Member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee ("NRC") and the appointment of Encik Mohd Rashid bin Mohd Yusof as Member of the NRC with effect from 12 June 2018.

Following the above, the new composition of the NRC is as follows:

1. Yang Mulia Raja Datuk Zaharaton binti Raja Zainal Abidin, Chairman of NRC (Senior Independent Non-Executive Director)

2. Datuk Shahril Ridza bin Ridzuan, Member of NRC (Non-Independent Non-Executive Director)

3. Tan Sri Dato' Seri Utama Haji Ismail bin Haji Omar, Member of NRC (Independent Non-Executive Director)

4. Mohd Rashid bin Mohd Yusof, Member of NRC (Independent Non-Executive Director)
