| Outcome of Meeting | The Board of Directors of Media Prima Berhad ("Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions as set out in the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") dated 28 March 2018 and tabled at the 17th AGM of the Company held today, 25 April 2018 were duly passed by the shareholders of the Company at the said AGM.
All the resolutions were voted by poll and the results of the poll were validated by Symphnoy Corporatehouse Sdn Bhd, the independent scrutineers appointed by the Company.
