MMC Corporation Berhad (“the Company”) wishes to announce that the Company will be seeking the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Forty-Second Annual General Meeting to adopt a new Constitution in place of the Company’s existing Constitution to be in line with the Companies Act 2016, the updated provisions of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's Main Market Listing Requirements and other prevailing statutory and regulatory requirements (“Proposed Adoption”).

A Circular to Shareholders containing the details of the Proposed Adoption will be despatched to the shareholders in due course.
